We thus give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to download, install, and use a copy of the App on an authorised device that you own or control for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and the terms of the mobile application store where we make the App available (each, an "App Marketplace"), you may not: (a) rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or make available the App; or (b) copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, alter, mimic, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, content, or an (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licencing terms governing the use of any open source components included with the App).
You promise that you will not use the App in any way that:
infringes on any other person's copyright, database right, or trademark; encourages, promotes, or aids in any illegal behaviour such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse You agree not to make the App available to third parties. Furthermore, you are not permitted to change, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise create derivative works from the App or any documentation relating to the App.
You may not transfer, lend, rent, lease, distribute, or use the App to provide services to a third party, nor may you give any rights to the App or any documentation relating to the App to a third party. It is banned to misuse any trademarks or other content presented on the App. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, distribute, publish, or use any material in the App, directly or indirectly, in violation of our Intellectual Property Rights.
Furthermore, you shall not attempt to use the App or any component of it for harmful purposes. Furthermore, we are not liable for how you use the App. It is stated that we may take whatever legal remedies available to us under relevant laws against a user who breached the terms of this Agreement.
At our sole discretion, we may provide free trials. You will be charged the appropriate subscription fees (if any) for your usage of the Products upon installation or the expiration of a free trial period (if applicable). Unless and until you voluntarily cancel your membership, it will automatically renew for recurring subscription periods of the same duration at the expiration of the first term of your subscription, whether such subscription is weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise. According to the regulations of each App Marketplace, you can cancel your membership or automatic renewals at any time in your account settings with the App Marketplace. Your membership will not be cancelled if you uninstall a Product.
If you start a subscription period and then decide to cancel it during that period, you will not be refunded for the amounts you had paid for that subscription period, but you will be able to use the Products for which you subscribed until the end of that subscription period. We have the right to adjust the applicable subscription prices at any moment. Subscription fee changes will not take effect retrospectively.
The validity of these Terms and the validity of any purchase associated with the Products will be considered separately, which means that the termination of such associated purchase will have no effect on the validity of these Terms, and the termination of these Terms may have no effect on the validity of such associated purchase.
We recognise that privacy is significant. This Terms Of Service applies to all apps under the publisher name of RTO Vehicle Information & Exam. We have created this Policy to explain our Terms Of Service practices so you can understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed. We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding services and a better user experience. With your consent of this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, input while using our apps would be collected.
We may collect any personal information which specifically identifies you as an individual and might include your Name and Email Address. RTO Vehicle Information & Exam will utilise your personal information to notify you about updates on the website, communicate with your regarding your account or provide offers.
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilised and other similar information.

Personal Information: We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.
Non-Personal Information: We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our App. Our App is in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure an environment as possible for Users.
We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorised access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorised access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.
We ask that you not send us, and you not to disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organisations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.
We Ads appearing on our App may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognise your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non-personal identification information about you or who use your computer.
This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. We use Google AdSense and Facebook Audience Network SDK for advertisements in our apps. We don't collect any personally identifiable data.
Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our App and other apps on the Internet. DART uses "non personally identifiable information" and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc.
There could be errors in the programming and sometimes errors may cause unwanted side effects.
