The capture date, update frequency, availability, geographic coverage, and accuracy of imagery are controlled or determined by the relevant third-party provider.

Promotional and illustrative presentation does not modify the actual functionality provided by the App.
The functionality available through the Service is determined by the features actually made available within the App and described through the App's onboarding, product interface, subscription presentation, App Store listing, these Terms, and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this section is intended to permit false or misleading advertising or to exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
The App may depend on third-party technologies and services, including mapping platforms, location providers, imagery providers, traffic-data providers, APIs, operating-system functionality, and related services.

Third-party content is provided subject to the availability and operation of those third-party services.
We do not create, capture, control, or independently verify all third-party imagery, map information, geographic information, traffic information, or location data displayed through the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that you are entitled to receive under mandatory applicable law.
The App does not display third-party advertisements as a method of monetization.
We do not integrate behavioral advertising networks for the purpose of displaying targeted advertising within the App.
Marketing or advertising used externally to promote the App is separate from advertising displayed within an application and does not mean that advertising networks are being used to monetize users within the App.
The App, including its software, design, interfaces, branding, graphics, text, logos, icons, arrangement, functionality, and other proprietary elements owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Vasundhara Infotech LLP and its licensors.
